Public offer agreement for the development of a business-card website

This is a courtesy translation. The Ukrainian version of this offer is legally binding.

Version of October 18, 2026. Contractor: Private Entrepreneur Serhii Brukh.

For clients of uk.uabrain.com. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Instead of the free .pp.ua domain described in section 9, the Client buys a domain in their own name (for example .co.uk) from any registrar, and the Contractor connects it to the Website free of charge. Hosting remains free. Payment for UK clients: there is no prepayment. The Contractor starts work once the Client confirms the order in writing (WhatsApp or email) and provides the Materials; the full price is invoiced after the Client approves the Website and is paid by bank transfer to the Contractor’s IBAN within 3 calendar days; the Website is published after payment is received. These provisions replace the prepayment rules in sections 1.3, 5, 6 and 11 for UK clients. All other terms below apply unchanged.
