A one-page website is one page about you and your services. A landing page is a sales website with several sections (services, benefits, FAQ, contacts) that guides visitors to send an enquiry. A link-in-bio page is the simplest option, made for the link in your Instagram and TikTok bio.

There’s no deposit. We build the site and send you a private preview. Once you approve it, you get one invoice in pounds from UABrain, a business officially registered in Ukraine, and pay by international bank transfer to our IBAN within 3 days. Any UK bank or Wise works; your bank may charge a small transfer fee. We publish the site as soon as the payment arrives. Details are in our terms of service.

Yes. You get an invoice for every payment, and on request a short contract and a certificate of completed work for your bookkeeping.
No. The site is built according to what we agree on before we start, so it's important to share all your wishes up front. Edits after delivery are not included in the price.
Hosting is free. The domain, for example yourbusiness.co.uk, is registered in your name with any UK registrar and usually costs under £15 a year; we help you pick it and connect it to the site. Already have a domain? We connect that one.
No. The price includes basic technical SEO so search engines see the site correctly. SEO optimisation and promotion is a separate service we don't offer, but we can recommend trusted partners.
